South Korean warmongers are mulling setting up "the cyber defence centre" under the direct command of the air force headquarters by integrating cyber-departments operating in various units.

They, at the same time, seek a round-the-clock watch system on computer network and research and development of the latest cyber attack technology under the pretence of "blocking the north's hacking attempt and preventing leakage of military information."
