The SOFA is the worst unequal agreement in the world that grants the U.S. imperialist aggressors unlimited extraterritorial privileges and imposes unconditional submission upon the south Korean authorities, the commentary says, adding:

The SOFA is like a noose as it subordinates everything of south Korea to serving the U.S. purpose of aggression.

The agreement ignores the sovereignty of the south Korean people and protects the interests of the aggressor forces from the first article to the last one as it stipulates the issues of "criminal jurisdiction," "use of land and facilities," "tax business" and "immigration control," etc.

The U.S. imperialist aggressors forced double death on the two girl students who met grievous deaths and inflicted intolerable disgrace on the south Korean people, and the south Korean puppet authorities remain tongue-tied before the GI murderers. This is a tragedy produced by the SOFA.

The U.S. imperialist aggressors are introducing not only anthrax germs but also Zika virus into south Korea, threatening the lives and security of the south Koreans and getting frantic with moves for a biochemical war against the north. It is the SOFA which legally protects these criminal atrocities of the U.S. imperialist aggressors.

The last five decades since the fabrication of the SOFA are a history of slavery submission in which the sovereignty and dignity of the south Korean people have been trampled down under the jackboots of the U.S. imperialist aggressors and a history of distress in which innocent people have fallen victim to the violence of blood-thirsty brutes.
