The statement urged responsible organizations and personages of the south side to early opt for forming the south side preparatory committee for the joint conference.

The statement went on:

We support the statement of the Workers, Farmers and Youth and Students Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration which clarified the stand to welcome the proposal for national conference for reunification, and will join in the action to realize it.

We urge the authorities including the "prime minister", lawmakers including Speaker of the "National Assembly" Jong Se Gyun and those from all political parties including the Minju Party to take active part in the action to bring success of the joint conference aimed to realize the desire of all the Koreans for reunification.

We want the south side preparatory committee in which all organizations and people aspiring after nation's peace and independent reunification can take part.
