Tiemoko Sangare in his message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK at the recent Fourth Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on behalf of all the members of the African Party for Solidarity and Justice of Mali and on his own behalf.

Kim Jong Un's election to the top post of the state is a manifestation of deep trust and expectation of all the Korean people towards him, the message said.
