According to it, the Japanese regional preparatory committee for the joint conference of political parties, organizations and individual personages from the north and the south and abroad was formed in Tokyo on July 8.

The Japanese regional preparatory committee sent a letter to organizations and personages of different regions abroad on behalf of its chairperson calling for promoting the formation of regional preparatory committees and inaugurating the overseas side preparatory committee.
