Projected Setting up of Biochemical Weapons Lab Protested in S. Korea
Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Civic and social organizations in Pusan area of south Korea and its citizens staged a dynamic action against the moves of the U.S. forces in south Korea to set up a lab for biochemical weapons, according to the south Korean internet paper Voice of People.

The preparatory committee for the Pusan citizens measure committee against the setting up of biochemical weapons lab in Pusan grouping more than 200 civic and social organizations in the city held a press conference outside the U.S. Embassy in Seoul on July 6 at which they demanded the U.S. forces immediately cancel their scenario for biochemical warfare.

The speakers accused the U.S. forces of mulling setting up the above-said lab in Pusan, pursuant to Jupiter Plan.

The U.S. forces are scheming to use the Pusan citizens as guinea-pigs, they stressed.

The organization in a message addressed to the U.S. Embassy demanded it open to public the contents of Jupiter Plan being concealed under the pretext of the unequal SOFA and the truth about the experiments of biochemical weapons and cancel at once the plan to install the lab at Dock No. 8 of Pusan Port.
