Players for 31st Olympic Games Confirmed in DPRK

| Pyongyang, July 12 (KCNA) -- Players for the 31st Olympic Games were confirmed in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. According to the world standings recently issued by the International Judo Federation, Hong Kuk Hyon, Kim Sol Mi and Sol Kyong gained qualifications for the Olympiad. Meanwhile, world champions Om Yun Chol, Ri Se Gwang and Kim Kuk Hyang and other sportspersons also qualified for the Olympiad. The DPRK players will compete in 9 events including marathon, table-tennis, wrestling and archery. |
