Kim Jong Un's election to the top post of the DPRK reflects the support of the people for its leader who works hard to accelerate denuclearization and achieve peace and security in the region and the rest of the world, the message said, adding:

The relations of friendship and cooperation are linking "A Just Russia" with the Workers' Party of Korea.

The message expressed belief that constructive dialogue would continue between the two parties.
