They included the secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the director of the Asia-Pacific Region International Relations Study Center in Khabarovsk, the chairperson and members of the Russian Khabarovsk Territorial Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and Experience in Socialist Construction of the DPRK, the general manager of the Samstroi Company of Russia, the vice-president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples and the director of its Asian Department, the first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, the chairman of the Supreme Council of the New Socialist Party of Romania, the chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania and the secretary general of the Romania-Korea Friendship Association.
