The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of President Kim Il Sung.

Pu Yong Uk in a report called for more dynamically waging the drive to usher in a new heyday of the patriotic movement as required by the cause of the Juche revolution and the movement of Koreans in Japan which have entered a new historic stage.

A letter to Marshal Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
