S. Korean Police to Harshly Suppress No-THAAD Campaign
|
|
Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- The south Korean fascist police is busy suppressing the residents of Songju County, North Kyongsang Province who are out in protest against THAAD deployment. When the south Korean puppet prime minister and minister of Defense appeared in the county to hold a briefing for justifying the THAAD deployment on July 15, angry residents staged fierce protests in token of their indignation. The puppet North Kyongsang Provincial Police Agency, terming the protests "interference in the execution of official duties" and "violence", organized an exclusive investigation group and is set to find out what it called wire-pullers, talking about "interference by outsiders." It is going to punish the residents who blocked with tractors and trucks the way of the visiting rulers and their party that took to flight after being pelted with water bottles and eggs while reeling off a string of treacherous invectives. This is just a revelation of the base intrigue of the south Korean authorities to maintain their unpopular rule for sycophancy toward the U.S. by snubbing the daily-mounting desire of south Korean people for independence against the U.S. |
