S. Koreans to Launch Large-scale Campaign against THAAD Deployment

| Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- Residents of Songju County, North Kyongsang Province of south Korea reformed the all-county residents emergency measure committee for opposing deployment of THAAD in Songju into the committee for campaign against THAAD deployment in Songju and voiced their stand to carry on their struggle on July 16, according to Newsis of south Korea. The campaign committee declared that it will not only continue demos and rallies but also launch legal actions to shed light on the illegality of THAAD deployment. We will urge the county head to exit the "Saenuri Party" and stage a large-scale protest rally in Seoul on Thursday, it added. |
