Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu Formed in Maritime Territory of Russia

Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- A Russian Maritime Territorial preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu was formed on July 18.

Gribakov, chairman of the Maritime Territorial Association for Friendship with the DPRK, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to organize political and cultural events praising the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un and conduct brisk activities in support of the just cause of the Korean people.
