The joint seminar was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare C.P. Mainali, general secretary of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), the secretary general of the Afro-Asian People's Solidarity Committee of Nepal, Manju Ratna Sakya, deputy director general of the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, Phanindra Raj Pant, secretary general of the Nepalese Association for Supporting the Songun Politics, and other figures of political parties, organizations and Juche idea study organizations and other masses of Nepal.

Speakers said the servicepersons and people of the DPRK dealt a shameful defeat to the U.S. imperialists for the first time in history under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung, noting that the exploits the President performed by leading the war to victory are recognized by the world.

They praised Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il as the most veteran statesmen and prominent leaders of the cause of global independence who built the DPRK into a political and military power and full-fledged nuclear weapons state.

They said the Nepali people sincerely wish the Korean people great achievements in their struggle to carry out the decision made at the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea under the outstanding and tested leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
