The letter said:

We bitterly condemn the south Korean authorities' inhuman allurement and abduction and demand they send back the DPRK citizens to their hometown where their parents are waiting for them.

With nothing can the south Korean authorities justify their unethical behavior as they are turning down the elementary demand of the parents to know about the safety of their beloved children and to see them.

We once again urge the south Korean authorities to make apology to the international community for their allurement and abduction and send back the DPRK citizens without delay.
