Action against THAAD Deployment Staged in S. Korea

Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- The preparatory committee for the South Jolla Provincial Measure Council against THAAD Deployment in south Korea held a press conference outside the South Jolla Provincial Office on July 21, according to CBS of south Korea.

At the press conference speakers said the south Korean and U.S. authorities admitted that THAAD is not of substantial interests to security.

There is no proper site for THAAD deployment not only in Songju but in other parts of south Korea and, in fact no land at all for it, they noted.

They demanded the authorities stop at once the farce not helpful to the people's security.
