The Algerian president in the message said he was pleased to extend warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un upon his election as chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK on behalf of the people and government of Algeria and on his own behalf, wishing him success in his noble work for carrying out his duty.

He expressed his will to strive together with Kim Jong Un to consolidate the bilateral friendly relations in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
