The statement said:

If THAAD is deployed in Songju, life, security and livelihood of not only many people in its township amounting to more than half of the county population but also peasants in the area will be exposed to grave danger and its ensuing economic losses will be enormous.

The puppet group has dispatched those concerned of the Ministry of Defense one after another to Songju, claiming that THAAD doesn't affect human body and is for protecting "the people's security and life." But this is just sleight of hand of the group to calm down the angry public and mask its despicable colors as traitors.

The Park group unhesitatingly offered the county as a U.S. military base by introducing THAAD in the face of strong denunciation and rejection by the public at home and abroad. It is as clear as noonday that the group will make desperate efforts to prolong their remaining days through sycophancy toward the U.S. and treachery by providing it with the second and third Songju.

All Koreans at home and abroad, together with peasants of south Korea out in bold actions to defend the vital rights and get the U.S. imperialist aggression forces' bases dismantled, will wage a nationwide struggle to wipe out the U.S. imperialists and the puppet group of traitors.
