S. Korean Authorities Accused of Denying Working-Level Contact with North

| Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The Media Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration denounced the puppet Defense Ministry for blocking the inter-Korean working-level contact, according to south Korean internet newspaper Tongil News on July 22. The organization accused the ministry of totally denying the request for working-level contact with the north on July 20 under the pretext of the present south-north relations. It said it is necessary to protest against THAAD deployment, successfully hold the joint conference and have dialogue between the south and the north in order to achieve peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and in Northeast Asia. It called on media persons in the south and the north to have contact and exchange without fail. |
