The DPRK was compelled to have access to the nuclear deterrent to safeguard the country's sovereignty and right to existence.

It had access to nuclear deterrent owing to the U.S. hostile policy toward it.

The U.S. is abusing the latter's just measures and misleading the world opinion by creating impression that escalating tension was attributable to the DPRK's access to nuclear weapons.

It is mulling using the fiction about the "threat" from the DPRK as a pretext for pressurizing Russia and China.

The DPRK will reliably ensure peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of the world by coping with the U.S. nuclear threat with its self-defensive nuclear deterrent.

Speakers expressed firm support and solidarity with the Korean people in their just cause, saying that the DPRK is standing as a fortress of independence containing the U.S. ambition for world domination.
