Noting that July 27 is recorded in the history of the country as the historical day of great victory as it shattered the myth of "mightiness" of the U.S. imperialists, she went on:

The June 25 war ignited by the U.S. imperialists was the most brutal one in the human history.

Since more than a century ago the U.S. imperialists have stretched out their tentacles of aggression to Korea. They ignited the Korean War and hurled into it troops of 15 satellite countries to destroy the just two-years-old DPRK in its cradle.

Led by Kim Il Sung, legendary hero of the anti-Japanese war and invincible iron-willed commander, our motherland could humble the arrogance of the U.S. which boasted of being the "strongest" in the world and bring about the beginning of a downhill turn for them for the first time in history and thus fully demonstrate the dignity and might as ever-victorious nation all over the world.

The shining exploits performed by Kim Il Sung in winning the victory of the war will always be lauded down through generations.
