Present there were teachers, researchers, medical workers and graduate students in the field of public health studying Kyongrak theory and acupuncture and moxibustion at Pyongyang Medical College of Kim Il Sung University, the Academy of Koryo Medicine, Kim Man Yu Hospital, the North Phyongan Provincial Koryo Hospital, etc.

The meeting heard valuable papers reflecting achievements made in the basic study for elucidation of the origin of the Kyongrak theory and in the study for its clinical treatment and classic documents.

Materials on successes in the work for raising the scientization and informatization of the Kyongrak theory and acupuncture and moxibustion and experience gained in treating some incurable diseases through stimulating important spots of body drew attentions of the participants.
