The exhibition that opened on July 20 drew attention of the participants as exhibits were of great economic profitability and practical significance.

During the period of the exhibition there was brisk distribution of intellectual products for applying to production and construction hundreds of new technical proposals conducive to improving the people's standard of living.

Present at the closing ceremony were Choe Thae Bok, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Sung Du, chairman of the Education Commission, Jang Chol, president of the State Academy of Sciences, officials concerned, scientists, technicians and inventors.

The jury announced the results of the exhibition and cups and certificates were awarded to the successful units, scientists, technicians and working people.

And inventors received WIPO MEDAL FOR INVENTORS and certificates for their project "LED Floodlight with Secondary Reflector" and so on.

Ri Chung Gil, chairman of the State Science and Technology Commission, made a closing address.
