A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry released a statement to denounce the U.S. imperialists' invariable ambition to provoke the second Korean war, the joint statement said, and continued:

The DPRK, which won the Fatherland Liberation War thanks to the Juche-oriented stratagem and wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung, has become a nuclear power and elite military power and emerged ever-victorious in the all-out confrontation with the U.S. under the Songun leadership of HE Kim Jong Il and HE Kim Jong Un.

The U.S. imperialists failed to draw a lesson from the defeat in the past Korean war but have persisted in their scenario to stifle socialist Korea.

The spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry said in the statement that the U.S. will never be able to escape its final doom and no one will be left to sign a surrender document if it opts for igniting the second Korean war in defiance of the strategic position of the DPRK and the trend of the times.

If a war breaks out, the U.S. can not go scot-free.
