The editorial said that the "government" finally inaugurated the "foundation" under the pretext of rendering aid to the victims pursuant to the "agreement" on the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army last year.

The "agreement" devoid of official apology of the Japanese government was another mockery of the victims, and the "foundation" is not aimed at Japanese government's reparation, it said, adding:

The humiliating diplomacy of the regime has gone beyond the tolerance limit as evidenced by offering the gift so-called "settlement" of the sexual slavery issue to Japan and exempting it from basic responsibilities such as official apology and reparation.
