The U.S. is the arch criminal disturbing the denuclearization of the peninsula and sparking off a nuclear arms race as it has persistently posed nuclear threat and blackmail and staged ceaseless joint military drills, gravely threatening the security of the DPRK pursuant to its anachronistic hostile policy toward it. The U.S. can never evade the responsibility for them.

The U.S. increasing nuclear threat to the DPRK would only prompt the latter to escalate its nuclear threat to the former. The U.S., a nuclear rogue state, is only fated to suffer the nightmare of unending uneasiness and horror.

The U.S. maximization of threat to the DPRK by introducing nuclear strategic assets would compel the latter to spur the bolstering of nuclear deterrence.
