Nigerian Social Body Observes Korean People's War Victory Day
Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted an article on its website on July 21 on the 63rd anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The article said July 27 (war victory day) of the DPRK will always go down along with steady victories won in the ceaseless stand-off with the U.S.

It went on:

July 27 is a significant day for the DPRK.

On July 27, 1953, the U.S. which boasted of being "the strongest" in the world was brought to its knees by the Korean people.

The service personnel and civilians of the DPRK smashed the enemy's numerical and technical superiority with their political and ideological, strategic and tactical advantages.

The U.S. perpetrated ceaseless military provocations in the post-war period instead of drawing a due lesson from the last Korean war, steadily escalating the tensions on the Korean peninsula.

The article recalled that the DPRK humbled the arrogance of the U.S. imperialists in the eyes of the world during the U.S. armed spy ship Pueblo incident in January 1968 and they deplored their ignominious defeat.

Recently, the U.S. staged one nuclear war drill after another with huge nuclear force involved.

The DPRK is strongly reacting to it.

It is the principled stand and firm will of the service personnel and civilians of the DPRK to "react to the provocations of the enemy with prompt retaliatory strikes and to react to the war of aggression with a just great war for national reunification.

The DPRK makes no empty talk.
