The spokesman described the humiliating "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery concluded by the authorities with Japan on Dec. 28 last year as a "diplomatic and historic success which no successive regimes ever gained", justifying their pro-Japanese act. "The foundation inaugurated just seven months since the conclusion of the agreement is very significant," he asserted.

He went the lengths of insulting the victims of the sexual slavery without any hesitation.
