Speakers referred to the successes and experience gained in the breastfeeding in the past period.

Saying that breastfeeding is very important for the new-born babies, they called for positively encouraging breastfeeding, essential to the healthcare and nutrition care of mothers and new-born babies.

It heard speeches titled "The DPRK's policy for nursing and educating children and world trend in the children's growth and development" and "Breastfeeding and baby's first 1,000 days".

The participants watched video "Healthcare of baby".
