According to the plan, men's and women's teams will be formed with talented players in a far-sighted way and will take part in FIFA and AFC games and the 32nd Olympic Games.

To this end, big efforts will be directed to improving the physical and technical ability and practical qualifications of players, coaches and referees. In particular, the association will give importance to doubling the number of qualifiers for the AFC "C" license award at juvenile sports schools.

Juvenile and junior groups' matches will be converted into by-age games.

And the association will further strengthen interchange and cooperation with the FIFA, the AFC and football associations of other countries.

Kim Jong Man, secretary of the association, expressed his hope that the plan will be conducive to creating football myths of Juche Korea one after another in international games.
