The exhibition house has successfully fulfilled its mission along the glorious path of development under the meticulous guidance and care of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for 70 years.

The officials and employees have plaster statues of the President, photos and teachings of the peerlessly great persons of Mt. Paektu displayed with due respect at different halls. They successfully arranged the Exhibition of Works on the Juche Idea and have put its operation on a regular footing, thus contributing to explaining the ideological and theoretical feats of the great leaders to the visitors.

They have displayed all machines and equipment, products and successes made by the Korean people at every stage of socialist construction and explained them to the visitors, helping them know well about the development of the DPRK.

They briskly displayed, disseminated and exchanged the latest and practical sci-tech achievements and intellectual products, thereby playing the role of a centre for disseminating sci-tech knowledge through domestic and international exhibitions.

There was a meeting to mark the founding anniversary on Friday.

Present at the meeting were Choe Thae Bok, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), officials and employees of the exhibition house.

A congratulatory message of the WPK Central Committee was conveyed to the employees and officials of the exhibition house.
