New Statue of Girl for Peace Erected in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- A statue of a girl for peace was erected in Kunpho City, Kyonggi Province, south Korea on Aug. 9, bearing witness to the sexual slavery, heinous unethical crime committed by the Imperial Japanese Army, according to the south Korean KBS. The statue is the 30th one since the first statue of a girl for peace was erected before the Japanese Embassy in Seoul in Dec. 2011. |
