Party and State Commendations to Those of Merits in Construction of Wonsan Army-People Power Station

| Wonsan, August 11 (KCNA) -- Party and state commendations were awarded to the builders, scientists, technicians, officials and helpers who performed labor feats in the construction of the Wonsan Army-People Power Station with due ceremony on Thursday. Ri Sang Chol, Rim Sok Sun, Han Su Nam and five others received the title of Labor Hero of the DPRK and Gold Medal (Hammer and Sickle) and Order of National Flag First Class. Ri Song Jin and Jon Kyong Chol were honored to receive the watches bearing the august name of President Kim Il Sung. Citations of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, were conferred upon Jong Ji Chol, Kim Pyong Ryul, Hwang Kum San and others. Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize went to Om Kum Chol and Jong Chol Rim and Kim Jong Il Youth Honor Prize to So Myong Hun and Han Kwang Myong. Titles of honor went to five persons and orders and medals to many builders, scientists, technicians, officials and helpers. |
