The Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism－Kimjongilism of Russia said this in an article titled "Youth Power" posted on a website on Aug. 6.

The article said:

The 9th Congress of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League is to be held in the DPRK.

The DPRK which is demonstrating its dignity as the politico-ideological power and military power is also called youth power.

The society is pulsating and making rapid progress thanks to the inexhaustible strength of the youths who are sound and united in thinking and spirit and full of passion and has, therefore, a rosy future. Such country can be called youth power.

Youth power means a real powerful nation.

However vast territory and large population a country has and how wealthy it is, it has no future if its young people are ideologically and morally sick.

The DPRK is making a steady leap forward thanks to its youths' vanguard role.

Today when the youths' mental and moral corruption is posing itself as a serious social problem in many countries and the young people are taking the road of corruption and crimes, imbued with the individualist view on life, the DPRK youths' noble mental and moral traits are giving a profound impact on the international community.
