Kim Il Sung's Exploits for War Victory Lauded by Swiss Bodies

| Pyongyang, August 13 (KCNA) -- The Swiss preparatory committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea made public a joint statement on August 6 on the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation. The statement said: The great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, iron-willed commander and peerless strategist, liberated Korea from the Japanese imperialists' brutal colonial rule on August 15, 1945. He wisely led the anti-Japanese armed struggle. Korea could be liberated as peerless patriot Kim Il Sung founded the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and led it to victory. Korea's liberation was a noteworthy event in the Korean nation's history spanning five thousand years. Generalissimo Kim Il Sung is the benefactor of the Korean nation's liberation and a legendary hero. The foundation of the DPRK and socialist system of Juche are based on the liberation of the country. Korea's liberation greatly encouraged the world people struggling for freedom and independence. |
