On display at the venue of the ceremony were photos showing Kim Jong Il's visit to the Russian Federation and revolutionary activities of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

There were also photos introducing the stirring reality of the rapidly developing DPRK.

Present at the ceremony were the vice general manager of the Kirov Plant, the ex-mayor of Sankt-Peterburg City, personages of different social standings, the DPRK ambassador to Russia and DPRK officials working there.

The tablet was unveiled by the vice general manager of the plant and the DPRK ambassador.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before the tablet.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.
