Russian Orthodox Church Delegation Leaves

| Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Russian Orthodox Church led by Antonii, chief for Administration of its Overseas Organs, left here for home on Tuesday after attending the ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Jongbaek Church. During their stay here, the members of the delegation visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and paid homage to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il. They had a talk with Kim Yong Dae, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly and chairman of the C.C., the Korean Social Democratic Party. They also visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of Kim Il Sung, and the Tower of the Juche Idea, Arch of Triumph, Sci-Tech Complex, Nature Museum, Central Zoo, etc. |
