Ri Su Yong said that all party members, service personnel and people are pushing forward the building of a socialist power under the outstanding and experienced leadership of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, full of confidence and optimism about the final victory in hearty response to the decision of the 7th Congress of the Party.
