Ri Su Yong Meets VIPs of DR Congo
Pyongyang, August 17 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) who visited DR Congo as head of a WPK delegation, separately met and had talks with Jean-Pierre Kambila Kankwende, vice-director of the Secretariat of Presidency for Political Affairs, Aubin Minaku Ndjalandjoko, speaker of the Lower House, Antoine Gizenga, general secretary of the PALU, Lambert Mende Omalanga, minister of Communication, and Willy Makiashi, vice prime minister and minister of Job and Labor.

Jean-Pierre Kambila Kankwende said all the successes made by the DPRK under the leadership of HE Kim Jong Un clearly proved the importance of the ideological work, expressing the will to positively learn from the experience of the WPK.

Aubin Minaku Ndjalandjoko expressed belief that the WPK and the Korean people would foil the escalating moves of the imperialists to isolate and stifle the DPRK and always win victories under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Antoine Gizenga and Lambert Mende Omalanga said they are greatly encouraged by the DPRK dynamically advancing despite the U.S. moves, adding that the WPK enjoys high international prestige and the DPRK is a powerful country advancing with strong mental power. They extended support and solidarity to the just cause of the WPK and the Korean people under the outstanding leadership of HE Kim Jong Un.

Willy Makiashi said he was greatly admired by the guidance of the WPK achieving big successes in the economic construction and the efforts for improving people's living standard despite all difficulties and hardships.
