Ri Yong Ho highly praised the Egyptian ambassador for doing a lot of things for development of the relations between the two countries during his stay.

Referring to the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for the development of the relations with Egypt, Ri Yong Ho stressed the importance to boost the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries despite change of situation.

The Egyptian ambassador said he was pleased over his contribution to the development of the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries during his office. He expressed the belief that the friendly Korean people will achieve bigger successes in the drive for prosperity and progress of the country under the wise guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He expressed deep thanks for the DPRK's unsparing support to Egypt during the Mideast War in 1973 and its consistent solidarity to the just cause of the people of Arab countries including Palestine.
