Present there were personages of the Swiss preparatory committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and masses.

Martin Lotscher, chief of the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, referred in detail to the main contents of the work and praised Kim Jong Il for pursuing benevolent politics and all-embracing politics loving and trusting in people.

Speakers said Korean socialism built and developed by President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il is the world's best system which provides the people with an independent and creative life.

They expressed the belief that the Korean people would surely accomplish the independent reunification of the county and the cause of building a socialist power, adding that the Korean people are resolutely frustrating the imperialists' moves against socialism and vigorously advancing along the road of socialism under the Songun revolutionary leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The chief of the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in his concluding speech called on all members of the group to wage a dynamic movement for studying and disseminating the Juche idea and extending support to the just struggle of the Korean people as the U.S. and the forces following it get ever-more undisguised in their moves to stifle the DPRK.
