Park Geun Hye's decision to deploy THAAD is in pursuance of the U.S. scenario as she has in name only prerogative of the supreme command over the south Korean army without the right to command military operations, the commentary said, and continued:

They alleged that south Korea and the U.S. jointly announced its deployment but, in actuality, it was the unilateral decision of the U.S. which has pursued its hostile policy towards the DPRK.

This revealed the nature of the U.S. as a war manic dead-set against peace and independent reunification of the Korean peninsula.

All Koreans in the north, the south and abroad should meet free from interference of the U.S. and discuss how to avert a war.
