The institute reportedly studied and manufactured a huge amount of germ weapons, poisonous gas and substance and printed counterfeit money by order of the upper crust of the Imperial Japanese Army.

It pushed ahead with a covert operation to attack the rivals with the germ weapons by use of thousands of huge balloons.

The Japanese imperialists conducted field experiments of germ weapons near a research institute of the "government-general in Korea" in Pusan in May 1944.

At that time Japan conducted these experiments in top secrecy in a bid to keep them buried into oblivion but those who worked there testified to the details of the crimes, disclosing them before the world.
