Coal Output on Increase in DPRK
Pyongyang, August 19 (KCNA) -- Collieries across the DPRK have increased coal output as part of the on-going 200-day campaign of loyalty.

Taking the lead in it are over 10 coal-mining complexes.

The Tokchon Area Coal-mining Complex turned out over 25,000 more tons of coal than scheduled as of August 16, 77 days after the start of the campaign.

Pukchang, Sunchon and Tukjang area coal-mining complexes also produced several thousand more tons of coal respectively during the days.

In particular, the Namyang Coal Mine boosted over 10,000 more tons of coal.

Several million tons of coal reserves have been secured at collieries throughout the country by keeping tunneling ahead of mining.

Meanwhile, the Namdok Coal Mine under the Pukchang Area Coal-mining Complex has raised its mucking capacity 1.2 times.

Such achievements are attributable to the high spirit of coal miners in different parts of the country who are waging a vigorous emulation drive for increased production and mass technological innovation movement.
