They included Choe Ryong Hae, Kim Ki Nam, Choe Thae Bok, Kim Phyong Hae, Ri Man Gon, O Su Yong, Kwak Pom Gi and senior officials of the party, armed forces organs and youth league.

They congratulated the youth league officials and youths upon their participation in the 9th Congress of the youth league to be specially recorded in the history of the Korean youth movement.

Hearing stories told by participants in the congress on the feats performed in firmly defending posts of the country and creating legendary tales about heroes in building a socialist power, they encouraged the participants to register more signal successes in their drive.

They requested the participants to become standard-bearers and vanguard fighters in the struggle for ushering in a fresh heyday of the Korean youth movement in the great Kim Jong Un's era.
