Reception Given to Mark Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Visit to Russia

| Pyongyang, August 24 (KCNA) -- The Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association hosted a reception at Okryu Restaurant on Wednesday on the 15th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's visit to the Russia and the 5th anniversary of his visit to the Siberian and Far Eastern Regions. Present there on invitation were Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and officials of his embassy. It was attended by Kim Jong Suk, chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, So Ho Won, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as chairman of the DPRK-Russia Friendship Association, and officials concerned. |
