Contributors to Construction of Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station No. 3 Commended

| Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- The DPRK commended officials, and commanding officers and members of the youth shock brigades and builders who performed labor feats in the construction of the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station No. 3 and officials, scientists, technicians and workers who contributed to the production of custom-built equipment, supply of materials and transport. The title of Labor Hero and gold medal (hammer and sickle) and Order of National Flag First Class were awarded to Jon Yong Nam, Jon Chun Gil, Kim Phok Sun and 11 other persons. Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize went to 22 persons and Kim Jong Il Youth Honor Prize to 25 persons. The title of Driver of Merit was conferred on two persons, Order of National Flag First Class on 67 persons, Order of Labor on 17 persons, Order of National Flag Second Class on 363 persons, Order of National Flag Third Class on 858 persons, Distinguished Military Service Medal on two persons and Medal of Merit on 866 persons. A relevant decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was published on Thursday. |
