The film impressively deals with the history of the leadership President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un provided over the youth movement by founding the idea of prioritizing the youth for the first time in history and setting a world's example in solving the issue of youth, thereby glorifying the DPRK as a youth power unprecedented in the world.

Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, vice-chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials of the Party Central Committee together with the participants in the congress.
