Commenting on this, Rodong Sinmun Sunday says the saber-rattling revealed what reckless phase the war hysteria of the hostile forces to stifle the DPRK has reached.

The U.S. has made desperate efforts to bring down the socialist government of the DPRK and its social system through high-profile military pressure and economic "sanctions" but this resulted in digging up the U.S. grave, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The army and people of the DPRK are closely watching the every provocation and move of the hostile forces as they have waited for an opportunity to realize the cherished desire of the nation.

They are waiting for the order for final attack, fully ready for a decisive battle to deal unimaginable and indiscriminate blows at the nuclear war maniacs if they encroach upon the DPRK's inviolable territory, territorial waters and air even a bit.

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces should bear in mind what miserable consequences their military provocations against the DPRK will entail, and stop acting rashly.

Only death awaits the provocateurs.
