Kim Yong Nam, Pak Pong Ju, Kim Phyong Hae, Ri Man Gon, O Su Yong, Kwak Pom Gi, Kim Yong Chol, Ro Tu Chol and officials in Pyongayng and local areas visited the Kim Jong Suk Pyongyang Silk Mill, Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, Chongsan Co-op Farm in Kangso District, Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and other industrial establishments, farms and universities to congratulate the youth and students.

They paid tribute to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, the portraits of the smiling great leaders and mosaics depicting them and monuments to their revolutionary activities after placing floral baskets and bunches of flowers before them.

After looking round the rooms dedicated to the education in the revolutionary activities, rooms dedicated to the history and various worksites, they met exemplary youth and students and gave pep-talks to them.

They requested the young people to bring about miracles and innovations in every worksite for the building of a powerful socialist country and become young heroes in the era of Mallima.

The young people held colorful events including art performances and sports and amusement games.
